Peregrinos, in general, are a gregarious lot! As a consequence they love gathering together to enjoy old acquaintances, to meet new ones and to relive their experiences on the Camino. The 2009 Gathering was in historic Old Town in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Since 1998, American Pilgrims on the Camino or its predecessors has convened an annual Gathering of Pilgrims. The 2009 Gathering of Pilgrims was held in sunny Albuquerque, New Mexico mid-March. Plans are being formulated for the 2010 Gathering to be held at the San Pedro Center in Winter Park, Florida. Take a look at the National Gatherings page to see where things stand!

The 2010 Gathering will also be the sole opportunity for 2010 to obtain hospitalero training in the United States. Consider giving back to the Camino! Consider serving as an hospitalero!
